It talked about SOULS. As Ramadhan started 8 days ago,  all souls gather in Luh Mahfuz to seek approval from Allah to go down to Earth. Some are permitted, some are not. Those who are allowed to go back to the Earth are those who have done good deeds throughout their lives when they were alive or those who have been blessed by prayers from either their children or relatives and friends.
