I read this in a facebook note from one of the friends' friend. It was in Malay but basically this is how it is. Was cited to her during one of the gathering we called it Usrah right before Ramadhan. It talked about SOULS. As Ramadhan started 8 days ago,  all souls gather in Luh Mahfuz to seek approval from Allah to go down to Earth. Some are permitted, some are not. Those who are allowed to go back to the Earth are those who have done good deeds throughout their lives when they were alive or those who have been blessed by prayers from either their children or relatives and friends. Those who are not allowed are those who have sinned when they were alive and have not receive any prayers from those who are still alive ever since .  When they reach Earth first thing they do is to visit their own graves, to see their bodies. Then, these souls will then pay a visit to the homes of their families – their children’s, to houses of those who receive their  wasia...
